Training highly-qualified human resources at interdisciplinary graduates and post-graduates, implementing applied research, and transferring technologies to serve the sustainable socio-economic development of the Central Highlands; cooperating with international organizations in training human resources for Southern Laos and North-eastern Cambodia.
